CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in from 3.00 pm, Check-out by 09.30 am (please inform us in advance if you arrive after 6.00 pm).

CHILD DISCOUNTS
High chair, child cot as well as child discounts on request.

PETS
Pets are allowed only on request.

ADVANCE PAYMENT
For a binding booking a 10% advance payment of the total booking amount is required. The remaining amount has to be paid in cash when you check-in at our apartment house in Längenfeld or you pay the amount already in advance via money transfer before you start your journey.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
We only accept cash payment. Sorry no EC cards or credit cards.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
Just to be on the safe side we strongly recommend you to take out a travel cancellation insurance.

CANCELLATION TERMS
The cancellation terms and general contract conditions of the Austrian Hotel Industry apply.
3 months prior to arrival: free of charge
3 months to 1 month prior to arrival: 40 % of the total booking amount
1 month to 1 week prior to arrival: 70 % of the total booking amount
1 week prior to arrival: 100 % of the total booking amount.
